Today is the greatest day I’ve ever known

So yeah I’ve been slacking off on this blog since I got back from Lollapalooza, but now I’m back! Unfortunately muxtape seems to be having issues, are down indefinitely while they “sort out a problem with the RIAA.” Yikes.

However, this has forced me to explore other methods and learn about new things, like a cool flash based playlist. This opens up some possibilities of implementing other ideas for this site that I was kicking around, like a possible name that tune game in lieu of a mixtape for one week. Oh well, I can worry about that later, onto the good stuff.

This week’s mix is to prepare myself for the oncoming Rock Band 2 coming out next month. My poor xbox is being repaired/replaced right now and Microsoft better have it back to me soon so I’ll be able to enjoy all the awesome songs on the game’s playlist. Lollapalooza day 3: Flogging Brazilian Girls

I woke up a little late today. About 3 hours late, so I missed Office and What Made Milwaukee Famous. Oops. The first act I saw, brazilian girls had a great stage presence and their thumping bass was a good start to the day.

This is amazing, I’m actually getting an edge signal at this one spot in the park. After I saw Brazilian girls, I went over to check out Black Kids. Very energetic and deserving of the hype behind them.
