I never really considered the Girl Talk concert a real concert, but more of a party. I was not disappointed. Much dancing ensued.
Opening for Girl Talk was Grand Buffet, the second time I’ve seen them. But this time they had a dancing chicken and YouTube with them!

Hot chip tonight! Not sure who this opening act is but it’s a guy with face paint in the style of A nightmare before Christmas and his laptop. He’s distorting his voice and it sounds like Kermit the frog, if kermit was a face painting DJ.
Update 20:43 he is playing an industrial version of Black Sabbath - War Pigs. Wow
Almost time!
Hot Chip was amazing. I didn’t come in with too high expectations with a small pre-Austin city limits crowd, but they blew me away with their energy, lighting and all around performance.
