Ulrich Schnauss played a $6 show at Hailey’s in Denton Saturday night. SIX DOLLARS! And there were perhaps only seventy five people there. I guess that it was the July 4th weekend, and while Ulrich might be only well known in a niche genre of music, but it was a very paltry showing. However, despite the small crowd his music still swelled and filled up the entire club as only his majestic songs can. Another added benefit of it being such a small show is that I was able to chat with him and even shake his hand and get a picture!
